Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your access to and use of Customboxes.World. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms, along with any additional policies or guidelines posted in specific sections of the Site.

All content featured on customboxes.world™, including text, graphics, software, layouts, and designs, is protected by copyright. © customboxes.world™. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reuse, publish, or redistribute any material without obtaining prior written consent.

By placing an order, you affirm that all uploaded files, logos, and content are either owned by you or used with proper authorization and do not infringe upon any third-party rights. You are fully responsible for the content you submit.

Customer-Provided Content

It is your responsibility to ensure that any content you upload is legal, accurate, and free from objectionable material. Submitting illegal, offensive, or unauthorized files is strictly prohibited.

By uploading materials, you grant customboxes.world™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content solely for the production, storage, and fulfillment of your order. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Design Files

Upon request, we provide design files at 72 DPI resolution. If you require high-resolution (300 DPI or above) production files, please get in touch with support@customboxes.world for a custom quote.

Artwork Submission Guidelines

All submitted artwork must be in CMYK color format and at a minimum of 300 DPI resolution. We are not liable for color discrepancies resulting from RGB to CMYK conversion or from low-resolution images provided by the customer.

Proofing and Production Approval

We send final proofs via email for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the proof for layout accuracy, spelling, color, and sizing before giving approval. Once approved, Custom Boxes World is not responsible for any errors that were not flagged by the customer.

Please note: digital screen proofs are intended to show the layout, not the final print colors. For precise color matching, we recommend ordering a physical proof (additional charges apply).

Material Disclosure

Unless explicitly requested and confirmed in writing, our packaging is not produced using food-grade materials. If food-safe materials are required, please notify us in writing before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to entering production. Cancellation fees apply based on the order stage:

  • Before design work starts: $15 + 5% of total cost
  • After design work begins, 20% of the total cost
  • After going to press: 50% of total cost
  • After shipment: Non-cancellable

Fees for design services are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

All items are custom-made and, therefore, non-refundable. In the rare event of a verified printing error, we will offer a reprint or credit toward your next order. Claims must be submitted within three (3) business days of delivery.

Reprint Requests

To request a reprint, please:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order
  • Return at least 99% of the defective items within 10 days.
  • Obtain written approval from our support team beforehand.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer three shipping options across the continental U.S.:

  • Standard (10–14 business days) — Free
  • Priority (8 business days) — Free
  • Express (6 business days) — Free

To maintain delivery timelines, final proof approval must be submitted by 11:00 AM EST. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or weather disruptions.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damages or missing items must be reported to us within 3 business days. Custom Boxes World is not liable for issues caused by courier mishandling or shipping delays.

Indemnity Clause

By using this website or submitting content, you agree to indemnify and hold customboxes.world™ and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your use of the Site or the content you provide.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Custom Boxes World be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, data loss, delivery delays, or business disruption. Our total liability is limited to the total value of the products ordered.

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & the Friday after
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
  • All other applicable federal holidays
